This is a wonderful small producer of some very interesting wines (in a good way). The winemaker and his wife are lovely people and guided us through the tasting personally. I would recommend. We were very well received by Sebastian who showed us around the property and explained a bit of how their production works. We did the mini tour with wine tasting and tried 3 of their wines, which were very good. We also had the chance to pay an extra 5€ each for a board with traditional products, which was definitely worth it! Sconsigliato. We experience biological diversity in viticulture
The only interpreters of the Avola terroir.
Palmeri vineyards are completely cultivated according to strict organic criteria. Biodiversity is very important here to achieve balance in the vineyard. That is why we sow cereals between the rows instead of leaving the open ground uncultivated, we do not use chemicals and we work mostly manually.
