We experience biological diversity in viticulture

The only interpreters of the Avola terroir.

Palmeri vineyards are completely cultivated according to strict organic criteria. Biodiversity is very important here to achieve balance in the vineyard. That is why we sow cereals between the rows instead of leaving the open ground uncultivated, we do not use chemicals and we work mostly manually.
